Enlarges end of tubing so another tube can slip inside to make soldered or brazed connections without separate coupling fittings.  Instructions included.  Made by Imperial Brass Mfg. Co., Chicago, Illinois   USA.
The tool is in Like New Condition as shown in the pictures and shows no or little signs of use.
