I have 4 of these available. They are retired law enforcement. The one pictured may not be the one you get. They are all in very similar condition. No rips or tears, velcro still has plenty of life.
These do not have armor plates in them. They are useless against all firearms until you put plates in them.
I have one for myself with plates that I purchased through Sportsman's Guide.
What you put in them is up to you and I assume no responsibility for what you do with them after you get them.
