Up for sale are used London Bridge Trading Co (LBT) US Coast Guard LBT-2564A Tactical Ballistic Flotation Vests. They are used. The ballistic panels are not included. The flotation foam is included. There are multiple velcro pockets on the front for pistol magazines. There is a velcro panel for a patch. The back has a hydration pocket. Inside zippers for ballistic panels (designed for LBT #23600-3 front and back panels) (again not included). The vest is fully adjustable on the side and shoulers (ideal for people over 90lbs and chest 32"-52").
