*RARE*  BlackHawk ISSAK / LRAK Flotation Kit (LBT-1195) - Olive Drab

Description

This vest was purchased as backup gear and has been in storage since its initial purchase in 2004. In new condition with very little, if any, signs of wear. Any items shown with the vest in pictures NOT INCLUDED.

This is BlackHawk’s take on the classic LBT-1195 originally d
eveloped for Naval Special Warfare operators
(SEALS) in
waterborne operations.
Each panel of the vest system is mounted to flotation foam that
prevents the weight of your gear from taking you under
. In addition to the flotation the foam
also effectively
pads and
distribute
s
the weight
of even the heaviest loadout
.
On the front of the vest are four magazine pouches designed to accommodate 3 standard magazines for a total carry of 12. The pouches are versatile and can be used with a wide range of magazines.
On t
he side of the vest
are
two utility
pouches that can hold 200 rnd boxes, or be used as dump pouches for spent magazines. Each pouch has
a removable elastic gate system
for
quickly plac
ing
items
like spent magazines
without worrying about
them
fall
ing
back out.
On the back of the vest
is a butt pack with dual
integrated
pop flare holders
. On either side of the butt pack are two 1 quart water bottle pouches with mesh bottoms for efficient water drainage.
The whole system is suspended from two closed cell foam shoulder straps. Each strap has 6 strips of 2 loop molle for any additional gear the wearer may wish to use, as well as two D-rings one the shoulder area of each strap. The front of each strap is attached to the vest with three adjustable nylon strips, as well as one adjustable strip on the rear of the vest.
